Mr. Sanjay Kothari, (Son of Mr. Navrattan Kothari) based in Hong Kong, is the Vice Chairman of the group's business. Being from the following generation, pacing into the business, he has been spirited towards the growth and development of the group. He is instrumental in handling the Gems and Jewelry setup of KGK group from mining to retail.
Under the able guidance of Mr. Navrattan Kothari, right from his first initiative in setting up diamond manufacturing for KGK group in Mumbai, he has added many verticals in the group like global sales & marketing, jewelry manufacturing, mining, jewelry retail and real estate along with giving KGK a true business identity.
Mr. Sanjay Kothari shows all the enthusiasm and drive of a man on a mission. He has imbibed corporate ethics and family values from his parents, Mr. Navrattan Kothari & Mrs. Anila Kothari and is a passionate votary of the extended family that stays connected.

Mrs. Manju Sanjay Kothari
Mrs. Manju Kothari, (Daughter in law, Mr. Navrattan Kothari), Creative Director of Entice, a jewelry design and retail outlet with its design and business base in Hong Kong. She is gifted and artistic; possess smart business insight along with an aesthetic eye. Customary at heart, she exemplifies Indian values and culture to the core, while enjoying the lifestyle of a contemporary woman. Being the daughter of the Surana family – famous Jaipur based traditional jewelers, her natural knack towards jewelry design led her to follow a jewelry design course from the GIA. She followed this up by custom-made and well-selected design courses which improved her creativeness to stupendous altitudes. Manju Kothari believes in the strong values of KGK Group along with those of Entice and, therefore, takes pride in bestowing jewelry as a form of art. An enthusiastic collector of art herself, she finds beauty in the humblest of things around her, which, in turn, inspire her to create splendid pieces of jewelry for the well-informed woman of today.
Mr. Sandeep Kothari
Mr. Sandeep Kothari, the youngest son of Mr. Navrattan Kothari and Managing Director for KGK group, joined the business in 1990. He picked up the critical role of attaining and manufacturing of diamonds and grew the business manifolds- locally and globally. Beginning with diamond manufacturing in Mumbai, he extended the workshops in Surat, South Africa, Russia and Botswana.
Under his enterprises, direct supplies from leading companies like De Beers, Alrosa and Rio Tinto have also helped to grow the trade and with his move to Antwerp, the world's largest diamond epicenter, he has also been active in growth of polished diamonds transactions in Europe.
