They say pen can give life, pen can save life, pen can change the world but all Rajasthan Patrika & Group heard was pen is mightier than the sword, they used it to kill some amazing projects, to kill several dreams all to setup and to nurture crimes and arming media house and their destructive intentions.

 

The group has been planning and funding conspiracies against one of the most promising project of Jaipur Jal Mahal, it is said that Mr. Gulab Kothari had unvested interest in the project and when the project was allotted to another group (KGK Group and Mr. Navrattan Kothari), they used their pen to negatively influence not just the masses but also the judiciary with a sheer intention to block the project.

1.      Ajay Jain, lawyer who was used by Patrika group to file petitions against Jal Mahal Project and Mr. Navrattan Kothari has been expelled from the post of ADJ for his wrongful and criminal deception intended to result in personal gains.

2.      The Patrika gate at Jawahar Circle developed by Rajasthan Patrika is under legal surveillance .It was a hand-in-hand deal & No tender was released and the job was assigned to Gulab Kothari in one go. Were they expecting Jal Mahal to be passed on to him in a similar way?

 

3.      The current office of Rajasthan Patrika was taken on rent years back and they illegally took over the space, the matter is sub judice till date.

 

4.      Kapoorchand Kulish Garden is yet another venture of Gulab Kothari where all non-ethical, anti-social and immoral activities are witnessed right in the city Centre.

 

5.      Mansagar dam that is maintained by Rajasthan Patrika is totally into a mess. It was given to Mr. Gulab Chand Kothari to preserve the dam and create a landscape around but it has been left to shambles from years. Certain areas of the dam are into such a derelict that the visitors’ lives are at risk. Even after such maltreatment the lease has been renewed with the government in conspiracy.
