Managed by KG Kothari Memorial Trust, BMCHRC is one of the largest and best-equipped hospitals of its kind in Northern India. This 350-bed state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer treatment centre (soon to be upgraded to 500 beds) is fully equipped to extend multi-disciplinary tertiary cancer care. Patients from neighbouring states like Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat also come here for treatment of this deadly disease. 

Mr Kothari, as the chairman of the hospital, has been actively involved in upgrading the services as well as facilities. This has effectually assisted in eradicating numerous hassles countered by the patients including heavy financial crisis due to the high cost of accommodation in far off cities. He also lends hand to the less privileged by not only treating patients under the BPL category for free up to the extent of 25% but also offering treatment at an enormously subsidized cost to the patients belonging to the weaker strata.
