This was the yearly celebration time at Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Jaipur on the 15th of October 2022. It was a moment of pride for everyone associated with the organization to partake in its silver jubilee celebrations that marked its successful journey as a comprehensive cancer treatment facility. Fond remembrances of BMCHRC’s humble beginnings elevated the silver jubilee celebrations for everyone present. The crowning stroke was the presence of Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, Hon'ble Vice President of India as a chief guest for the occasion. While addressing the audience Shri Jagdeep Dhanker appreciated the hospital for its service to society, excellence in cancer care specialities and for its world-class infrastructure. He highlighted "India's philosophy teaches us to give back to the society as much as we can. To wipe out the tears of the poor everyone should take up because that is the mandate given by our creator, that is god.” Observing how cancer affects families adversely, the Vice President of India said when the breadwinner of the family is affected, the kind of impact it has on the family members is unimaginable. Along with Shri Navrattan Kothari, Chairman, BMCHRC, Smt Anila Kothari, Senior Vice Chairperson, Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital & Research Centre and Smt Sunita Gehlot the celebration witnessed the presence of industry expert and other distinguished personalities of the society.

It was truly a special privilege for Mr. Navrattan Kothari and his family to welcome and host the Honorable Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar during his visit to Jaipur. “Celebrating BMCHRC’s Silver jubilee in his presence was indeed a pleasure.” voiced Mr. Navrattan Kothari.
